- How do I twist a strand?
- Drag the stick into the wedge you need, hold your finger down and circle it to wind the paste, then move to the next colour. A pulsing hint shows the wedge each buyer is waiting on.
- Why did my strand come out smeared?
- Dragging a loaded stick straight across into the wedge next door mixes the two colours. Lift the stick, pass through the bare centre of the tray, or plant it directly in the wedge you need.
- Why does the paste behave differently on some days?
- The tin thermometer on the stand shows the day's temperature. Hot afternoons make the paste run soft and quick to melt off the stick; cold mornings make it stiff and need more turns.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Macuncu has no sign-in, no ads and no purchases. Your progress is saved on your device only.
- How do I reset my progress?
- Open Settings from the Tray screen and choose Reset progress.
