Summary
Macuncu is an offline arcade game about an Istanbul street macun seller. The app does not create an account, does not use ads or analytics software, and does not send any personal information to us or to anyone else. Everything the app remembers about your play — coins, stars, unlocked notes, your streak, and your settings — stays on your device.
What the app stores on your device
Macuncu saves the following locally, using Apple's SwiftData and UserDefaults frameworks. None of this ever leaves your device:

| Cart poster photo | If you choose to add a photo to the in-app cart, that single image is processed on your device and kept in the app's own storage. |
Permissions the app may ask for
| Camera | Only used if you tap "Take a photo" on the Cart screen to make a comic-style poster. The photo is processed on your device; it is never uploaded anywhere. You can decline and use the photo picker instead. |

| Photo Library | The system photo picker lets you choose one existing photo for the same poster feature. The app only receives the single image you pick; it cannot browse the rest of your library. |
| Notifications | Only requested if you turn on the optional daily reminder in Settings, to nudge you about today's pier. You can turn this off at any time. |
Every permission is requested at the moment you use the related feature, never in advance, and you can always say no.
Third parties, tracking and advertising
- Macuncu contains no advertising network and shows no ads.
- Macuncu contains no analytics or crash-reporting software.
- Macuncu makes no network requests of any kind while you play. There is nothing to send, and nowhere it is sent to.
- Macuncu does not track you across apps or websites, and the app's Privacy Manifest declares no tracking domains.
Children's privacy
Macuncu is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information at all.
Your choices
- You can reset all progress at any time from Settings → Reset progress, which erases everything the app has stored.
- Deleting the app deletes every piece of data described on this page, since none of it is kept anywhere else.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "Last updated" date above.
